Apprenticeship Programs

We recognize that to produce world-class manufacturing solutions, we must focus on world-class training and development.  We offer several PA state registered apprenticeship programs, and several in-house apprenticeship programs in our 17,000 sq. ft. L.I.G.H.T. training facility (Learning Institute for the Growth of High Technology), located at our main campus in Cabot, PA.

  • Machinist: 4 years
  • Tool and Die Maker: 4 years
  • Precision Grinding: 4 years
  • Die Designer: 4 years
  • Press Technician: 3 years
